When will my order ship?

Unless your ring is already in stock, each one of our rings is handmade to order. Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for creation, and 6-8 weeks for custom, solid silver and gold rings. Ready to ship rings will ship within 1-3 business days.

If your ring is needed by a certain date, please reach out to us!

Domestic Shipping

All rings are shipped via UPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

International Shipping

We recommend allowing at least 2-3 weeks for international shipping. We cannot guarantee international delivery times as we do not have control over customs processing times.

Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact them prior to ordering.

Buyer is fully responsible for any and all duties, customs, or fees imposed when shipping internationally. All delivery dates/times are estimated—they are not guaranteed.

If you are having trouble tracking your international order, or experiencing long delays between updates, this may mean that it has been fed into your local postal tracking service.

Exchanges

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for an exchange. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, LUXE by Olivia Mar will accept most other items for exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, if you wish to exchange your ring.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not accept returns. All rings are subject to a resizing fee and can't be exchanged for another size.

Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery in new condition. Exchanges after this time will only be eligible for store credit. If the item is not in original condition or has been altered in any way, the exchange will not be accepted. Exchanges cannot be processed without the authorization form and must be included with the exchange, otherwise it will not be processed. LUXE by Olivia Mar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Warranty

LUXE by Olivia Mar products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, LUXE by Olivia Mar is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs.

The loss/ theft or damage of a center stone, such as a diamond is not covered under warranty, and should be covered under your Home Owners Insurance policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your policy limits and requirements.

Repairs

We offer all repairs needed fo your jewelry purchased with us. Repair fees vary depending on what is needed. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we never recommend bringing our work to other jewelers, as they are not accustomed to working with our rings.

We offer ring sizers that can be shipped directly to you!

Resizing

We can gladly resize any LUXE by Olivia Mar ring for you. Our current resizing fee is $79 and includes return insured domestic shipping.

Diamonds and Gemstones

Natural diamonds and gemstones typically have inclusions, matrix and minor imperfections within the stone. These are simply part of each stone's unique, natural characteristics and the fact that they are not as highly cut + polished as standard industry diamonds. These minor imperfections do not take away from the integrity of the diamond or gemstone, nor does it typically pose any risk to the stone itself.

Caring for your Ring

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use proper care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Do NOT dip your ring in jewelry cleaners, solutions or saturate in water. This may cause corrosion and permanent damage to the metal.

All of the stones we use are natural gemstones, therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
